Fresh food from local suppliers

All of ingredients used by Manchester Flying Chef are bought fresh and where ever possible British to support localised farms and suppliers, when these products are out of season or unavailable we have our buyers source the best and freshest European alternatives.

We aim to promote an understanding of food seasons. The majority of people who grow up in urban areas have very little understanding of where, when and how foods are produced.

There is a wealth of wonderful seasonal ingredients produced in the UK, but have also included seasonal foods imported from elsewhere in Europe and occasionally further a field.
